Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between the Owner of the site "https://news-express.ru/" and the User of the site and describes the conditions for using the Site by the User.

Terms and Definitions

1.1. "Site" - an Internet project, an information portal containing general information about various human diseases, available on the Internet at https://news-express.ru/.

1.2. General provisions

2.1. The Agreement establishes the rules and conditions for the use of the Site by Users who, after registration or without it, using the Site and its services, become Users of the Site and services provided by the Owner.

2.2. The User's use of the Site, any of its services, functionality means the User's unconditional consent to all clauses of the Agreement and the unconditional acceptance of its terms with the obligation to comply with the obligations assigned to the User under the Agreement. The fact of using the Site by the User, incl. viewing sections, content, messages of users of the Site, as well as the registration of the User on the Site is a full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.

2.3. The User's consent to use the Site after any changes to the Agreement means his agreement with such changes and / or additions.

2.4. The User undertakes to regularly familiarize himself with the content of the Agreement, in order to timely familiarize himself with its changes.

2.5. The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change and (or) supplement the Agreement at any time without prior and (or) subsequent notice to the User. From the moment a new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site, the previous version is considered to have lost its force. The current version of the Agreement is always available in the Site interface at https://news-express.ru/soglashenie/ .

2.6. If you (the User) do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, do not use the Site, and if you are a registered User, immediately delete your account and/or stop using the Site.

2.7. Nothing in the Agreement may be construed or understood as the establishment between the Owner and the User of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or other relations not expressly provided for in the Agreement.

2.8. The Owner has the right to combine messages posted by Users on the Site with advertising information in the form of graphic or text modules (banners).

2.9. The official language of the Site is Russian. Other languages ​​may be used on the Site in accordance with the Agreement.

Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

Disclaimer

3.1. The User expressly agrees that he uses the Site at his own risk. Medicines, information materials on their use, advice and recommendations presented on the Site are for informational purposes only and cannot be a guide for self-diagnosis and treatment, and can only be used by prescription and under medical supervision.

Terms and conditions of the user agreement

The User confirms that he is familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
