    Recipe for pressure treatment

Folk recipes for high blood pressure have been accumulated over the years, improved and changed. A disease such as hypertension, first of all, is dangerous for its complications. All systems of the body adapt to increased pressure to a greater or lesser extent, but it is difficult to predict sudden pressure surges, which is usually accompanied by a heart attack or cerebral hemorrhage. Modern medicine allows the correction of pressure using traditional medicine. The main thing is that alternative medicine recipes do not contradict the basis of the therapeutic program.

    Disease pathogenesis

Folk remedies are used as an element of a complex effect, the main effect of which is nevertheless ensured by medicines. Medicines have strict indications for use in accordance with the characteristics of the pathological process.

Blood pressure is regulated in the human body by several interrelated mechanisms. It is sometimes very difficult to establish which process of regulation fails. Therefore, antihypertensive therapy is rarely limited to the appointment of a single drug.

High blood pressure does not occur overnight.

The overestimated figures of this indicator are formed over the course of not one year, but many years, and the intensity of their growth is determined by the following etiological reasons:

    1. The burdened heredity increases the risk of hypertension in each individual person. If there are people in the family who suffer from high blood pressure, then most likely the patient has genetic programming for such a pathological condition.
    2. Poor nutrition and, as a result, obesity are the main provocateurs of hypertension. Each kilogram of fat acquired requires its own circulatory network, which creates an additional load on the heart and forms a new pressure.

Food with excess salt content determines the increased risk of developing hypertension.

    1. Physical inactivity and a complete lack of physical activity contribute to a decrease in overall tone and weaken blood vessels. The bloodstream loses elasticity and the ability to compensate for increased pressure.
    2. Many scientific works are devoted to the influence of stress on the formation of hypertension. Stress mediators, which are produced in such a chronic condition, create persistent vascular hypertonicity. A constant stay in tension deprives the vessels of the opportunity to relax and return to their usual state.
    3. It is impossible not to mention bad habits that can negatively affect the entire body and all organs, blood vessels and the heart in particular.
Thus, it is necessary to start the fight against high blood pressure with the elimination of the etiological causes of the disease. None of the most effective folk remedies will help a patient with a lifestyle based on malnutrition, physical inactivity and addictions.

Decoctions and infusions of traditional medicine

Folk therapies have a longer history than scientific medicine. Naturally, some medicinal recipes are known to history, which claimed not a single human life or negatively affected its quality. At this stage, each folk method of treatment has been studied in detail and is as safe as possible for health. To create such remedies, laboratory conditions are not needed; each patient can prepare them at home and use them there.

High efficiency in reducing pressure is shown by infusions and decoctions of various medicines and common foods:

    • Proven remedies against hypertension are the roots of a vegetable such as horseradish. The root parts of the product must simply be filled with water and infused for one day. You can add beet or carrot juice to the infusion. Such a "cocktail" is taken before each meal.

    • You can also pour garlic crushed to a pulp with water. The amount of garlic and water is taken in a ratio of 1 to 10.
    • Treatment of hypertension is successfully carried out using beetroot juice mixed with natural honey. The ingredients are mixed in equal proportions.
    • Blackcurrant fruits save from high blood pressure. The berries are brought to a boil in water, and then slowly boiled for ten minutes. The cooled liquid is filtered and taken in small sips throughout the day.
    • High blood pressure gradually goes away with the use of a decoction of sunflower seeds. For 100 grams of the product, you need to take a liter of water, where the seeds are boiled over low heat for two hours. A glass of the resulting broth should be periodically drunk in small sips throughout the day.
    • A kind of tea to reduce pressure is obtained by infusing pomegranate peels. You can drink it without restrictions.
    • For the treatment of hypertension, I use the aloe plant, or rather, its leaves. The parts of the plant cooled in the refrigerator are pressed to obtain juice. Just three drops of a useful product, mixed with water, reduce vascular tone to the recommended rate.
    • Hawthorn flowers are used against high blood pressure. Dry inflorescences in the amount of two tablespoons are poured with a liter of boiling water and insisted. A glass of liquid should be divided into three doses per day.
    • In a ratio of 1 to 30, valerian roots and distilled water are taken. The mixture must be brought to a boil and allowed to cool naturally.
    • A third of a glass of infusion of lily of the valley flowers is used to treat sudden pressure surges. Per gram of dry product, you need to take 20 grams of boiled water.

    • A simple bay leaf can also fight hypertension. A whole pack of product can be placed in a saucepan and filled with water, which will create a volume of liquid for a week of use.
    • Carrot seeds are effective means of combating hypertension. They are ground into powder, which does not reduce their useful properties, but only makes them convenient for preparing a decoction. Half a cup of the product is poured with milk and boiled. A glass of such liquid should be consumed after the most abundant meal.
    • To cure hypertension will help and cleaning from the most popular product - potatoes. The peel from five medium fruits is boiled in a liter of water. The decoction is drunk on an empty stomach with a frequency of once every two days.
    • String beans can also join the fight against hypertension. Approximately half a glass of the product is boiled in a liter of distilled water. The total volume of the received liquid must be divided into three doses.
    • Common in copses, tansy will save you from high blood pressure with a decoction of its flowers. Per gram of dry inflorescences, you need to take 50 grams of water. Each meal should be preceded by two sips of such a "cocktail".

The list of folk recipes can be continued. For the preparation of medicines, more hard-to-reach plants and products, as well as their combinations, are also used.

    Other forms of treatment

Other methods of treatment or dosage forms have been invented by traditional medicine. They are diverse in terms of application, duration of exposure and other parameters.

    • Ordinary mustard plasters can help with high blood pressure. Only they need to be applied not to the usual places, but to the calves or the lower part of the legs. This causes an outflow of blood to the extremities and unloads the central bloodstream.
    • The lower limbs can be wrapped with a soft cloth dipped in table apple cider vinegar. The duration of the application should not exceed twenty minutes.
    • Diluted vinegar can be moistened with woolen socks, which should be left on legs wrapped in polyethylene all night.
    • The prophylactic use of leeches not only helps to thin the blood, but also normalizes blood pressure levels.
    • A decoction of mint should not be taken orally. It is good to moisten the neck and upper shoulder girdle with the cooled liquid, you can even rub it into these areas.
    • Massage movements can become effective means against hypertension. The carotid artery in the neck can be lightly pressed for a few seconds. After that, you need to take a few deep breathing movements. The sequence of actions can be repeated no more than three times. Activities also help with a hypertensive crisis.
    • To massage the back of the head and neck, you can use the following flavored mixture: vegetable oil in the amount of three tablespoons is mixed with a few drops of chamomile and lemon balm tincture. It is good to finish the massage with a warm bath with immersion of the head under water.
    • The level of blood pressure returns to normal with the systemic use of rye flour on an empty stomach, diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 2.
    • Crushed watermelon seeds can be used to treat hypertension. You can also grind watermelon peels into gruel, the fragrant mass of which is taken on an empty stomach in a teaspoon every morning.
    • Cranberries and honey have become proven remedies for hypertension. The ingredients are mixed in equal proportions and used as a healthy treat for tea.

    • The collected plantain leaves must be filled with vodka or diluted alcohol. The tincture should stand for at least three days in a dark, cool place. The daily consumption of the resulting product is 30 drops dissolved in water.

Some traditional therapies produce an immediate effect, but the mechanism of their action is difficult to explain. For example, such means is ordinary water.

Traditional healers describe the following sequence of actions:

    1. Prepare a glass of water in the evening and leave it on the table for settling.
    2. After waking up, take a second empty glass.
    3. Raise a glass of water above you, hold the second in your arm bent at the elbow joint.
    4. Pour water from one glass into another, repeat the steps thirty times.
    5. Drink the rest of the water.
The procedure, when performed daily, causes the pressure to effectively decrease, and also eliminates excruciating headaches mediated by hypertension and other comorbidities.

Freshly squeezed juices deserve special attention, which are not only remedies for hypertension, but also true stores of vitamins and nutrients. Directly pressed products are preferred because whole fruits and vegetables are high in indigestible fiber and other complex compounds.

In addition, all the chemicals that were used for fertilizers during cultivation remain in the cake of the pressed products.

    • Beetroot juice is known as the most powerful antioxidant. Its most valuable substances are also able to break down all compounds that prevent adequate blood flow: cholesterol deposits, saturated fats, lime.
    • Raw carrot juice, due to the content of the most valuable carotenoids, strengthens the vascular wall and makes it as elastic and durable as possible.
    • Cucumber juice has a pronounced wateriness, and it is not particularly customary to drink it. However, the juice of fresh products can have a persistent diuretic effect, which is necessary in hypertensive conditions.
    • Few people think of using celery for squeezing juice. However, the effect of this vegetable in this form is truly unique: its microcomposition allows calcium to be supplied to places where it is in demand - in the bones, and iron and magnesium improve the rheology of blood contents.
    • Cholesterol plaques perfectly dissolve parsley juice. In combination, this effect is supplemented by the acceleration of slow metabolic processes, regenerative mechanisms.
    • Spinach juice primarily normalizes digestion as a mild laxative. The removal of toxins and slags improves the quality of the blood and restores its function of carrying oxygen to the proper level.
    • The exoticism of kiwi, namely its juice, is also manifested in the ability to cleanse blood vessels. Fruit acids, to which kiwi owes its taste, dissolve cholesterol deposits and bind to high density lipoproteins.

Naturally, all the above methods do not give a lightning-fast effect and are not able to eliminate an attack of a hypertensive crisis.

But all methods can become adjuvant therapies for the treatment of systemic high blood pressure.

Only patience and self-discipline on the part of the patient will make folk methods truly effective. The effectiveness of complex therapy increases with the introduction of certain preventive measures.

    Preventive actions

Comprehensive treatment of hypertension is impossible without preventive measures. Only an attentive attitude to your health will prevent the development of a dangerous disease.

A patient with hypertension should adhere to the following rules regarding lifestyle:

    • Measure pressure daily, set a “working” pressure for yourself and seek help at the slightest deviation from the established norm.
    • Adhere to a balanced diet due to the fact that overweight and arterial hypertension are faithful companions of each other.
    • Means that will not allow the development of even genetically mediated hypertension are sports and regular physical activity. A trained muscular frame makes the vascular bed as resistant to pressure drops as possible.

    • An important role in the prevention of high blood pressure is played by a good sleep, which is at least eight hours a day. It is during this period of time that the brain rests to the fullest, the hormonal activity of all organs is restored to the required level and functions to the proper extent.
    • The means of prevention are the absence of stress and nervous strain. Stress mediators with constant production thin the vascular wall and increase the risk of dangerous complications.

Therapy of arterial hypertension allows the use of several alternative recipes. But even the most outstanding folk method of treatment should be discussed with the attending physician, who will make sure that this does not harm the general state of health.
