    • Dill seeds. From this product you will need to prepare a tincture. Seeds must first be crushed and pour boiling water at the rate of 1 liter of water per 2 tbsp. l. seeds. Leave for two hours and strain. Drink 150 grams of liquid before each meal. The course of treatment is 10 days.
    • Also, with increased IOP, lotions are made from dill seeds. The grains are placed in a gauze bag and put in boiling water. After the water has cooled, they take it out and apply it to the eyelids for half an hour. This procedure should be carried out in the evening before going to bed.
    • Nettle. For the treatment of eyes, a young plant should be used. Traditional healers claim that nettles collected in the month of May are especially useful. You will need to take 1 tbsp. l. dry or fresh raw materials and pour 150-200 grams of hot water. Leave to cool completely, strain and drink. Drink this drink daily, each time preparing a fresh one.

Then the liquid is mixed with vodka in proportion: 1 part green juice 10 parts vodka. Such an infusion is stored in a dark, cool place, consumed 50 grams before meals.
    • Cumin seeds. Drops are prepared from this product for IOP. It will take one tablespoon of seeds to pour a glass of water and boil over low heat for 5 minutes. After that, the broth must be removed from the stove, left to cool completely, strain and drip into the eyes twice a day.

    Aloe

    • Aloe. Lotions and drops are made from this plant. In the first case, you need to take three leaves of the plant, pour a glass of water, put on a small fire and simmer for ten minutes. This tool is used for lotions for eye diseases.
    • For instillation, you will need to squeeze the juice from the aloe leaves and dilute it in cold water: 1 part of the juice 10 parts of water. Keep this solution in the refrigerator for no more than three days, then you should make a new one. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
    • Motherwort. This plant is used as an infusion to treat high eye pressure. You will need to mix motherwort, kidney tea and cudweed in a ratio of 3: 1: 2. Then one tablespoon of this collection should be poured with a glass of hot water and left for two hours. Strained drink should be used as a tea with honey throughout the day.
    • In a similar way, an infusion is made from motherwort, valerian root, cumin seeds and fennel fruits. All products must be taken in equal proportions, chopped and poured with boiling water. Treatment with these drugs is recommended for at least two weeks.
    • Blueberry. This berry has a healing effect on vision in any form. It is used as a preventive measure for various eye diseases. For the treatment of IOP, in addition to berries, you can use the leaves of this plant. To do this, they are crushed, poured with water and boiled over low heat for ten minutes. It is necessary to use such a decoction before each meal, 100-150 grams. Every day the drink should be prepared fresh.
    • To prevent eye diseases, ripe blueberries are crushed in a meat grinder or in a blender and mixed with liquid honey in a 1: 1 ratio. Such a remedy should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed daily, 50 grams 4 times a day.

    • Potato. The easiest way to lower eye pressure. You will need to grind one medium-sized potato into gruel. In this mass, add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, mix everything well and leave for half an hour. The resulting mixture is used as compresses.
