    Folk recipes with millet from pressure

    Today, arterial hypertension (hypertension) is one of the most common diseases of the cardiovascular system, which is characterized by a strong increase in pressure (often above one hundred and forty ninety). Hypertension affects people with circulatory disorders, due to which vasospasm occurs. The disease is very dangerous. Vessels are narrowed and damaged, and over time, under a powerful pressure of blood burst, which leads to hemorrhage. After a stroke, 78.2 percent of patients have high blood pressure. Doctors strongly recommend that people who have reached middle age regularly monitor blood pressure, take preventive measures to reduce the risk of developing this disease.

    Causes and development of hypertension, symptoms, stages

    According to cardiologists, the main cause of hypertension is circulatory disorders.

    Other causes of hypertension include:
    1. Chronic diseases (diabetes, arthritis).
    2. hereditary predisposition.
    3. Brain injury.
    4. Diseases caused by viruses and other infections.
    5. Vascular changes that occur with age.
    6. Strong emotional stress (stress, depression, and so on).
    7. Increased cholesterol and adrenaline levels.

    Non-compliance with the daily routine, malnutrition, excess weight, alcohol and smoking, and other bad habits also often lead to hypertension.

    The biggest danger is that a person may not know about high blood pressure until the first crisis. Therefore, regular monitoring of pressure is necessary!

    Often the family does not have a device for measuring pressure, so you need to know the main signs of the disease.

    These include:

    • causeless headaches (in the back of the head, temples, crown), which appear at any time and are aggravated by tilting the head, coughing;
    • noise in ears;
    • deterioration of vision (fog, veil, black dots before the eyes);
    • heart pain;
    • edema.

    Later, sleep problems, nausea, eye pain, dizziness, memory impairment may appear.

    There are 3 stages of hypertension:
    1. The first is blood pressure 140-159 / 90-99 mm Hg. Art.
    2. The second is pressure in the range of 160–179 / 100–109 mm Hg. Art.
    3. Third - the pressure rises to 180 and above / 110 mm Hg. Art.

    Due to too high rates, the last stage is the most dangerous. A sudden sharp drop in blood pressure in the 3rd stage indicates a malfunction in the heart.

    Prevention and treatment

    To reduce the risk of hypertension, preventive measures should be taken. An important part of prevention is a healthy and active lifestyle.

    To prevent the occurrence of the disease, you should:
    • get rid of bad habits;
    • review the diet (reduce the intake of foods containing a large amount of carbohydrates and fats of animal origin, increase the amount of foods rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium);
    • lead an active lifestyle, walk more, exercise;
    • avoid stressful situations;
    • observe the daily routine;
    • avoid being overweight.

    By adhering to these simple rules, you can come to the normalization of blood pressure during the year.

    The treatment of arterial hypertension requires an individual approach.

    The most commonly prescribed drugs are:
    1. Thiazide diuretics.
    2. Sartans.
    3. calcium antagonists.
    4. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.
    5. Beta blockers.
    6. Alpha-adrenergic blockers.

    During the treatment period, you need to lead a calm lifestyle, avoid emotional stress, stress.

    Only a doctor, after conducting a series of necessary studies, can make the correct diagnosis and prescribe treatment. Self-treatment can lead to irreversible consequences!
