    To prepare oil from St. John's wort, you need to take 3 tbsp. l. dried raw materials and pour them with unrefined sunflower oil. Insist for 14 days in a tightly closed container.

    Preparing the infusion is very simple: you need to take 10 gr. St. John's wort and pour it with 250 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 30 minutes and drain. Consume 3 times a day 10 minutes before meals.

    Rhodiola rosea for high blood pressure
