    What is coronary insufficiency?

    Many people fear that they may develop pathological diseases, such as coronary heart failure, the causes of which are very common in real life.

    Coronary insufficiency is one of the diseases that can lead to death.

    This condition has a strong effect on the body, partially blocking the channel through which all the substances necessary for the body enter the heart muscles. It is worth taking this disease seriously, especially if a person has a predisposition to myocardial infarction.

    Why coronary insufficiency occurs

    SCI is a pathological condition that is characterized by a disturbance in the amount of circulating blood flowing both from and to the heart. It turns out that, together with the absence of a vital substance, the supply of a fixed amount of useful substances and oxygen is stopped. It is easy to guess that it is the appearance of SCI in many cases that is the very reason that causes myocardial infarction.

    This disease, of course, can be dangerous if not treated on time.

    There are several types of pathology:

    • at rest, that is, a chronic form;
    • in a state of tension, that is, an acute form.
    To know what actions are necessary to restore the correct functioning of the heart, it is necessary to understand the causes of the disease, as well as the symptoms by which one type of pathology can be distinguished from another.

    Proper treatment consists, first of all, in timely access to specialists who can provide the necessary care for the patient. Therefore, you should not refuse the offer to visit a clinic where you can fully rely on the knowledge of trained personnel.

    Mechanisms of the onset of the disease

    The causes of pathologies of the heart are most often associated with physical changes in arterial vessels.

    These include:

    • changes in arterial tone;
    • a sharp decrease in their lumen.

    The manifestation of excessive emotionality can adversely affect the contraction of the heart muscle. In this case, a certain dose of adrenaline is sharply produced in a person, which is evidence of a certain effect on the nervous system. Stress is always detrimental to the functioning of the heart, so any delays in the measured rhythm of the “live motor” are described as symptoms of a short-term ischemic attack. It should be understood that when a stroke is skipped, oxygen stops flowing to the main organ for a short period of time. Trying to fix this problem, the heart begins to work twice as hard. This results in an increase in heart rate, as well as a sharp increase in blood flow, which is interpreted as a short euphoria and an increase in energy reserves.

    With the duration of the stressful situation, a phase of decompensation occurs, when all the accumulated energy reserves are slowly depleted, and the body begins to slow down the work of all organs, including the heart. All this leads to a decrease in the tone of the arteries, due to which the gradual death of heart muscle cells begins. These processes are more commonly known as myocardial infarction.

    If we talk about a decrease in the lumen of the arteries, then here we are talking about:

    • about changes in the structure of blood vessels,
    • about the deformation of their shell;
    • about getting into thin tubes of something that interferes with the passage of blood.

    Usually it can be a thrombus, an atherosclerotic plaque, or a blood clot.

    Causes of pathology

    There are two groups of factors - external and internal: a person can influence the first, and only put up with the second.

    It is worth highlighting the main reasons why objects appear that prevent the full work of the heart:

    1. Improper nutrition, where the ratio of various substances is unbalanced. This leads to the fact that the usual microflora in the body is disturbed, there is a failure in the process of synthesis of the necessary elements.
    2. Poisoning the body with harmful substances, the cause of which lies in smoking.
    3. An increased level of adrenaline in the blood, which exists most of the time.
    4. An inactive lifestyle, the symptoms of which are a decrease in the force of contraction of the heart, venous congestion and deterioration in tissue regeneration due to the absence or small amount of incoming nutrients.

    These factors are external, depending on the person himself. That is why, after reading the list, you can slightly adjust your own habits so that there is no need to look for ways to treat acute coronary insufficiency.

    But there are also internal factors that can also cause the onset of this disease:

    1. Human genetics, which actually conveys to him some of the features of the organism of his ancestors.
    2. The presence in the vessels of plaques, blood clots that can cause myocardial ischemia.
    3. Excess weight, which provides an additional load on the heart muscle, thereby making it difficult to work. Hypertrophy of the heart, characterized by thickening of the muscular wall, may also occur.
    4. High blood pressure, causing stagnation of blood in the vessels.
    5. Diabetes mellitus contributes to the viscosity of the blood, which leads to the likelihood of the formation of clots that can clog arteries.

    All this can cause SKN, and after it a fatal outcome.

    Symptoms of the disease

    These reasons provoke the appearance of a number of symptoms. Signs of coronary insufficiency are quite easy to distinguish from many others.

    The main thing is to constantly monitor the patient's condition in order to provide him with all possible assistance at the right time:

    1. There is a feeling of strong pressure on the region of the heart, accompanied by a sharp pain. Most often it lasts for 10 minutes.
    2. A sharp outflow of blood from the surface of the skin, which is accompanied by pallor.
    3. Shortness of breath (as if running fast) and some stiffness in movement.
    4. Rapid pulse with difficult breathing.
    5. Presence of nausea or vomiting.
    6. Excessive excretion of very light colored urine.

    What causes the chronic form of the disease

    Unlike the acute form of the disease, which is characterized by impulsive manifestations, chronic coronary insufficiency has a constant effect on the body.

    Under the influence of these factors, the symptoms will appear more often, occurring even in the absence of stressful situations. The arteries will gradually change, slowing down the blood flow. Hence, a situation arises when the work of the heart will go astray, trying to achieve the amount of oxygen it needs. Due to the already changed walls of the vessels, this will not be possible.

    In such a situation, a person will die from this complex disease if he does not worry about treatment in time.

    Remember that disease prevention (correct daily routine, healthy lifestyle, good nutrition) is very important to prevent SCI.
